Aging Well
Resources for You
These web sites can help your pursuit of healthy aging
You’ve probably heard that the Internet has lots of good information – and lots of bad information. The Center for Healthy Aging has chosen some of our favorite web sites for you. We think they provide reliable information.
Never make a decision based solely on what you read on a web site. Always talk it over first with someone you trust. Depending on what you read, that person might be your doctor, lawyer, member of the clergy, or a family member.
